  • To have a healthy and happy life, we need be in harmony with the Nature while keep the balance of Yin and Yang in our human bodies.

  • When Yin and Yang are in balance, our bodies are in harmony, our minds are free and our spirit is high.

  • Happiness is a state of mind which we must take control of for ourselves. Practicing meditative Tai Chi can help you and me to reach to it.

  • A peaceful and happy mind can do what wealth and medicine often cannot.

  • As soon as you recognize that you are able to control your thoughts, happiness will come within your reach.
