~*~ To have a healthy and happy life, we need be in harmony with the Nature while keep the balance of Yin and Yang in our human bodies.

~*~ When Yin and Yang are in balance, our bodies are in harmony, our minds are free and our spirit is high.

~*~ Happiness is a state of mind which we must take control of for ourselves.  Practicing meditative Tai Chi can help you and me to reach to it.
