To have a healthy and happy life, we need be in harmony with the Nature while keep the balance of Yin and Yang in our human bodies.
When Yin and Yang are in balance, our bodies are in harmony, our minds are free and our spirit is high.
Happiness is a state of mind which we must take control of for ourselves. Practicing meditative Tai Chi can help you and me to reach to it.
A peaceful and happy mind can do what wealth and medicine often cannot.
As soon as you recognize that you are able to control your thoughts, happiness will come within your reach.
